Clarification on Lighthouses

Like the title says I'd like some clarification on the lighthouses.

1) Does each account need its own lighthouse?

2) If not then can you have ships from multiple accounts linked to one lighthouse?

3) Can one account have multiple ships linked to a lighthouse, if so how many?

I think that covers it. If I think of anymore I'll post it.

Yes. I get your account is not linked to this lighthouse when I click on it with co owner

no I get your account is not linked to this lighthouse when I click on it with co owner

yes one per character on the account.

I have not tried this placing a lighthouse with a co owner in a place that a owner as placed a light house. Not sure the houses are allowed to have more that one lighthouse.

I do know you can have more than one lighthouse in a house... and on that same account. But I've not linked boats to them... I never leave a boat in the water when I am not with it so the lighthouses are just deco.

Make sure you have no ships in the water before you place the lighthouse. It will only link with ships you place in the water after the lighthouse is up!

even if you do everything right its still a coin toss if the lighthouse will save your boat for you.
so far im shooting 50/50 with them.
which isnt that good considering they should be 100%!!!

I don't think that unless the 2 characters are on the same account that you can even link your ship. I tried, wouldn't let me even on a co-owned character. "Your account is not linked to this lighthouse" was the message I got when trying.

Recently it got a pain with house owners and owners of items in house.

To recover your boat from the lighthouse placed as coowner you need access to the moving crate. The moving crate can only be accessed by house owner, if I remember correctly.
To get the golem from the vet reward table, you need to be on the owner account of the house, not on the account, which placed the deed.
To pull the goodies from the Kings Collection items, it is not possible to do it, if you placed them as coowner. You need to be on the owner account, and this account needs to have the Kings Collection entitlement too to access the items.
The old stone ankh still can only be placed and demolished by the house owner account.

For multi account players with houses spread over multiple shards this is really no longer pleasant.
Devs, you fixed the ladders to be no longer owner only, please do not introduce new items limited to the house owner unless its security settings say so.
