Sonoma 8-20 Pet Parrot

Here is the parrot drop from Sonoma tonite. I am making this thread because it seems like a possible future scam item, so this is sort of an alert.

the top left picture is what it looks like when perched. the bottom left picture is what it looks like unperched in pack, just a grey parrot, and is named Pet Parrot just like other parrots out there (but from doing a quick vendor search it seems as though the normal ones are not capitalized. they are just pet parrot instead of Pet Parrot). after perched and named and deeded im not sure there is any real way to prove it's the rare one in a trade.

The average everyday pet parrots are also capitalized. Vendor search for some reason will un-capitalize words sometimes. I don't think there are any regular gray ones though.

Once its perched tho I cant see a way to discern its a em parrot (as a deed)

you are right. i went and looked at one and they are capitalized also. gray color is the only way to tell it's the rare one.

i cant see how to tell the difference as a deed either. if they deeded as the color of the parrot that would be helpful, but i believe they deed as the color of the wood used for the perch.

http://www.uoguide.com/Parrot according to that list the closest one to looking like the rare one is the ice blue. i cant tell the difference by looking at the pictures personally, however in game it may be easier to tell the difference

Yea there's no way to tell once it's deeded what color the birds are. Even the rare ones that spawn don't show any special color after placing. I guess if you're going to buy you should buy it before it's perched. Same with selling.

But due to looting rights no where near that got handed out.
Only a handful of people spoke up that they ot one.
