Rumor around Vesper has it that Governor Bloodhand is seeking a "crew" for a special mission. Given the governor's history, I think it only appropriate that as many good, honest citizens accompany her to assure that everything is kept on the level.

She is expecting her crew to meet at the Vesper bank on Saturday, August 16 at 8PM EST. I don't know what she is planning, but you should probably come ready for anything!
