Are Shield Transfers Broken?

I am trying to use a shield token to return home and it says shard is not availible. It has been saying this for 2 hours.

Anyone know anything?

James according to that thread me using a shield transfer is ok to use. I am not using the same shield token within 2 weeks.

Again I get the message:

"That shard is currently not availible"

Once all servers have been updated with the new publish you will be able to transfer.

I was wondering if some shards were 'out of synch' with others - the message on August 6 said " You will see a disturbance in Character transfers until all shards get the same server version.". Seems LS is one still to be corrected...
