Is my offer on the chest acceptable?

Hi Alex, the offer is great to start but I am looking for a little more. The chest is not like the regular paragon boss chest from events, that title is actually the full title of the chest and the actual Event Item. It is the only one like it from Season 4 and that special "lock" function. When I was entertaining offers back then they were over 1 billion. I had kept 3 unique chests until recently and sold 2 at 2 billion each so have this last one left thought I toss it up here for bids. Not expecting 2 bil but just wanted to see how far it will go. This is an old piece for sure.
