House with vendors in the IDOC stage!

I placed a house which in turn of course condemed my other one. I have an open account to trade it to so my problem/ question is there is one vendor left and cant trade it. I terminated the contract and it only has 1 day and 7 hours left on it. I know it will go to the house sign but once its there can i trade the house? I still have 3 days before it goes IDOC but im startin to panic!! Please advise!!

Have you tried to trade it? We have traded ones with vendor contracts on them pretty recently.

If I am correct you can trade the house sugar.... the vendor in question will still go poof but the house should trade fine.

You can trade with vendors inside, but the new owner have to renew the contract - or they will expire.
