Poorly placed vendors?

Or is it me...... I do not seem to recall ever having trouble buying of player vendors. Today I found one in Luna where I could not access it. Shows up on search, had some cheap orange petals. But it was on top floor, with no rune, tele tile, etc so closest I could get was "distance 40". Could open the vendor but not make a purchase. Sure I googled, but I am at a loss.

Just tried that; Same result: Can open bags, see whats for sale, but can not buy with click, and can not get target cursor from typing "vendor buy"
Thanks for the idea though

2 examples. One has a teleporter which I assume would go to roof where vendors are, and you can walk right in to ground floor. No stairs and only teleporter gives "you are not allowed to access this."

Another says house is open to the public, but has Metal Door, and "you are not allowed to access this". Both Luna spots. Oddly, I have yet to have an issue "out in the wilds"

are you standing on the shop or on the road when you access from the house sign? If on the shop, step off and try from the road. The vendor should come down to you.

That did not seem to make a difference. Is there a certain command or syntax to make them come?

I have made a vendor come to me once, but it was my vendor.

I vendor searched for the item you mentioned, used the map to go to the vendor
used the map again to open the containing folder
right clicked on the item and got the option to buy it.
Cancelled the purchase.

Thats what I tried. Except when I right click to buy, I get error

Mystery Solved! Thank you Petra. Operator error, I failed to RTFM. I am using Pinco and EC and quick loot was toggled on. Thats a no no for vendors.
