Issue with Fisherman's Suit?

I just burned some collection points and got myself a fisherman's suit. After buying the first piece, I noticed that it is showing that it is already imbued! I decided to buy the other three pieces from three different cleanup officers...same result. Is this an issue that I wasn't aware of?

And when Done if you use magery will have to take the pants to a mage guildmaster to add mage armor to it if not a mage you good to go. I like mine it comes in handy when needed

I did it to mine 1st thing just in case but was able to add lrc and mana increase to mine afterwards and it is all 70's when done.

About right. Worthless, kinda like the stupid bait. Total joke which is not funny from the DEV's. You'll notice no matter what you do you won't catch anything more than you do without any supposed "bonus". Because the "bonus" is so miniscule that it's a complete and total joke and waste of time and resources. Save your points for something that's actually "useful". ...... like ah...... well if they ever put anything actually useful in.

Yes you need to keep a mod free. What I don't know is whether you need 100 imbuing points free or not.

You need an open slot, property weight does not matter.

Hmmm, UOGuide http://www.uoguide.com/Fisherman's_Armor_Set indicates that the fish Bait strength is buffed +50%, not just 1 or 2%.........

In such a case, it should help a bit when trying to summon Charybdis.....

If Chary is set as a 1 in 10 chance, then 1% rounded up is a sweet deal. But when a Blue Marlin might be 1 in 10k chance. There is still a bunch of RNG casting going on between those 1% chance pumps. The system is just fine making things rare and special. Just fun poking fun at those that think they are being handed an easy button.

Any part of fishing RNG needs to be fixed it is the fishing quest. The repete quest after quest for the same few catches. When you don't depend on scripters to fill shortages. You end up with some of a grouping (trapped shallow deep dungeon) where there are 500+ of a type and less then 20 of aanother type in one group. Funny thing is I fish for the sake of nothing better to do when not filling BODs. Only reward I look forward to is the dredge and lava hooks. Pulling up stuff for turn in points. Oh wait. Another list of rewards like BODs list I really don't need more of. Toss some easter eggs in the reward lists and they might not of aged as fast as egg salad sitting in the sun.

Right bumping next to nothing even at 100% is still diddly squat... You can't get more than diddly squat when you start with a pittance. It's a joke always was a joke and ever will be a joke because it's just completely borked. Until they put a REAL buff on fishing it's still such a miniscule chance that you'd need an electron microscope to see any difference in the chance.

You don't need rocket science to tell you that it's complete and utter BS. Even the silly trade deals offer 5%.... But still 5% of 0.0001 is still less than 1.

Suppose I would care if there were anything worth getting off of Charybdis, but since there isn't anything really spectacular to get off of killing it then I really don't care if I bother to summon it. Besides the rate at which I CAN summon is so ridiculously far between that it really doesn't much matter now does it?

Yea, I cant tell much difference if any, whether I wear that suit or not while fishing.
I like the baits and stuff but cant tell if they do much more good either.
I have found that they look pretty cool displayed in my High Seas Themed
Fishing House and Pub Tho.

Bait helps me a lot, fisherman suit helps a lot on legendary fish. My opinion only. Anyhow, with the broken RNG how could anything like this work properly. When my smith fails at making something that is 100% chance to make, or my imbuer fails 4 out of 5 times at making a soulforge that has 97% make chance then everything else about "chance" kind of dims for me.
