Agreed, all Artifact within the guidelines for the intensity/property cap old or new should be Imbueable again.
Examples:
-Berserkers Maul imbued with Hit Lightning
-Daimyo's Helm imbued with 8 Stamina
-Djinni's Ring imbued to include 2/3 Faster Casting/Recovery with 15 Hit Chance Increase (yes can still do this with Venom bracelet, but a ring option would be great)
-Gloves of the Pugilist imbued with 8 Stamina,
-Plainsword Imbued with an extra +1 Faster Casting stacked ontop of the already no penalty unimbued structure
-Resilient Bracer Imbued with an extra +15 skill, Casting, or Hit Chance Increase
-Taskmaster imbued with Spell Channeling -1, or Faster Casting +1
There are other Artifacts I left out, but the above listed are items I have seen stockpiled in bulk by people relatively due to their inexpense & easy obtain ability. People that were more or less late to Stygian Abyss expansion were S___ out of luck on this one (including myself). Should this be the case... Is it really game breaking to open up all Artifact Imbuement again... my answer is no, by sticking with the 5 property & intensity weight respective caps.
