Would appreciate a price check if I may on a Rubble Chair.

(It sits on it's back - North South - with legs at the south)

I might consider selling if the price become tempting.

rubble so hard to tell. all about if someone wants it or not. id say 35 - 65mil. just my opinion.

It's a hard sell because it's not distinguishable from the daily rare spawn. The good news is it looks really really good in certain rare houses.
I think I got 15 for mine but I sold it cheap and fast because I wanted another trade.

Depends which chair it is. I've at least two different ones - the standing broken chair (like from a heritage token), and the broken chair on its side (like the daily spawn). The first I'd say probably 30-45m, the second 15-30m. I'd be interested in seeing it, either way.
