Its the amazon cloud server its been awful right now for some reason, I can barely move late afternoon to night I just go play other games unfortunately/
Yeah I understand it varies for you but that's what happens to me from afternoon to night that's the exact symtoms I got go 20-30, to 50-60 then up to 175+ and lose connection etc... It going to be better for some worse for others depending on your location and provider its really silly I wish they would change it off this cloud server thing.
I've been having lagg issues aswell, im also crashing with an error and Crashing to desktop out of nowhere its happened over 30+ times in the last 2 days its starting to make it unplayable 
I'm completely serious when I say be sure to carefully scan your computer for viruses and malware and review your firewall for ports that shouldn't be open and things like remote desktop assistance that you may not want to have running. Going on day 4? I've crashed over 100+ times I have had to stop my self from uppercuting my computer across the room.
