Origin Store, they are in the captains bundle.

The tokens are not sold separately, but might be worth discussing at some point. It would be interesting to see what the thoughts, theories and ideas for what the UO store should or should not sell as a subscription based MMO.

The ones you can buy at the sea market are just "boat paints". They are not 2 toned.

Stupid question. Does this PC4 paint wear off like the market NPC paint? Or is there some magic sponge you wipe on a boat that recharges once a week?

no, it doesn't wear off. I have a 2 tone paint tub that still has 2 charges left, I've only ever used the one. I sold the 'weathered' tub some time ago.

You can use standard paint over the two tone or weathered I believe. When the standard paint wears away it will revert to your default special paint.
