Blackrock infection still possible?

I was just looking for something different to do. My mage is almost 120 skill and was thinking about casting the Armageddon spell, but wasn't sure if it would do anything anymore. Now I'll have to find something else to occupy my time.

The spell is still active, I believe. I seem to recall casting it at one point just to see if it still worked. Though I could be confusing that with the bane dragon's special attack which I could also be confusing with a dream I had...

Casting the Armageddon spell still works. I did it twice yesterday.

First time, I got the blue'ish explotion, took some damage and a Wisp appeared. It talked to me and then disappeared shortly after.

Second time, I was blown to pieces and thus killed instantly.

That was one of my favorite things. I still carry blackrock to this day. I loved infecting things. Sure made doing my regular patrols a whole lot more interesting.

Then could you imagine blackrock infecting things like.... the Slasher? Medusa, Corgul..... What fun that would be!

That's one of the things I wish they had never taken out of the game. Still don't know what the wisp wants either. But for a long time my one character enjoyed the madness of voices in his head.

I do too. If you have a piece of blackrock, you can punch through the shield of a Dark Wisp.

As long as they are a T map dropper. It was all about getting an infected titled chest. Best story about blackrock. Finding a sweet GD on my tamer when they first came about. The GD invised it's self and came out of hiding infected making me living impaired. Recalling home and being greeted by a red cow was always fun.

Carry the blackrock is an option. Infected creature loot as the new revamped loot system. Mixed feeling about all creatures having the new loot system that is coming.

Miss the spawning of BR Elementals while mining. Finding an eli standing over the corpse of a script miner always brought a smile.

Yes indeed it did.

You know cows occasionally spawn with mad cow disease. I know it sounds odd but I have seen where randomly a cow will spawn and just start attacking anything nearby.
