Last night I Found this on Atl shard.
I have asked a few people no one has the answer.
I even asked EM Bennu he said it was the frist time he saw it.

Any information would be helpful.

It's a leftover from the original EM program. That was placed there by EM Nikademus, there is a password attached to it, but I forget what it is now. It teleports you to a secret lab in Britain, which can be seen when you walk under one of the guard bridges.
It's from Nikademus' last event before the EM program came to an end. Something about a tuning fork.

It is in one of the 4 small grass-huts south of the main bridge leading into the west side of Britain. If you know the old Ultima lore - this is probably what is left of the city of Paws.

IIRC, Paws was further south of that, down near the Fens of the Dead.

Paws location tends to shift with whatever game it's in. In Ultima 4-6 it was farther south. In Ultima 7 it was literally a suburb of Britain because Britain had expanded so much it swallowed up Paws. So technically those 4 huts could be considered Paws for all intents and purposes in UO.
