No GM support - Small Soul Forge will not re deed and invisible trash barrel

So I decided to change my small tower into a customized house. I tried to re deed my small soul forge in every manner. Even customizing the house did not re deed it. It is stuck.

I single click it , nothing happens, when I double click it, it says "That Location is not in your House"

Also I have an issue placing a trash barrel. I chopped my trash barrel before I customized and now when I try to place one I get this message "You already have a trash barrel". Well I don't or it is invisible.

So since I did this some 7 days ago, I been trying to get a GM to show up. No luck at all, not even a canned message from them.

Is there any support on Atlantic at all?

Did you try an axe on the soul forge?

Yes , they don't work like other house add ons. Axes give the message use this to carve blah blah blah.

you have to click very near the base of it - not the top part

i dont want to scare you, but there were duped small soulforges going around for a while that you could place, use, but not re-deed. once placed they would become stuck. Did you ever redeed your forge before? or is this the first time you tried? The duped ones that dont redeed is one of the reasons i never bought one off a vendor, even when very cheap. Plus i find it much cheaper to settle for a 2 tile chopped crafted soulforge. not as pretty, but a whole lot cheaper and safe.

I think they look quite nice in the right setting. A bonus is they work through the floor. My chopped forge is on the 3rd level, and craft shop is on the first floor.
