- A Ratman Statue (I like statue sound effects)
- A Burglar's Bandana (Perfect - reworking this character to add snooping and stealth)
- A Promotional Token for a Soulstone Fragment

YES! Just today I ran out of stones reworking skills on my dungeon thief, and was contemplating burning one of my last 3 vet reward to add a new stone just to swap skills for a week. Now I don't need to.

Nice. I can't understand why somebody would throw away a soulstone fragment token, unless it was by accident. Are there any other ways for items to end up in that cavern besides somebody throwing them away?

I've gotten tokens, million gold checks, vet rewards, items only purchasable from the uo store (origin store now), Ummm... I wont say the best things because seriously everyone will be down there killing time.

I thought this too, that any time an IDOC falls stuff could appear in the Caverns. I've been told since that only items trashed can end up there. So, what's the truth?

IDOC Campers place an usually temporary plot, build a trash can and throw away, what they think they won't need instead of leaving it for the others.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't.

I make 4-5 trips through the caverns daily. I also collect things for turn-ins regularly and don't see those things in the Caverns.

Also, when a pack animal dies, there's a chance of its contents appearing and poss ships as well. On more than one occasion, i have found 40-50 unworked tmaps strewn about the grounds. My main character Hippo has stealth so I just walk about with a horde minon or an empty bag and scoop it all up...

thats what i was wondering lol I think there used to be an issue with books...well i forget, now. yeah, whenever I go to the cavern, I find like empty bags and random crap that isn't worth anything ;D

At one time, full bags would spawn in the Caverns. A change was made some while back, now every container is empty. I loved digging through full containers.

I find nice artifacts now and then, lots of BODs, a few runic hammers, 105-120 skill scrolls - I found a full BOD book last week... but 99% is just junk.

My best find was a complete mini house collection including the castle, I have came across a lot of items there I would personally never have thrown away

yes if its tosssed in garbage it can end up in the cavern, i think the change was 30% chance to its like 5 or 10% now, next time you have a large load of turn-in items just go down to the cavern pick the stuff back up and put in garbage again for extra points

I wonder if the devs would consider adding the items in the bank accounts of people who were permanently banned to the cavern of the discarded, get them back into circulation instead of lost forever.

The problem there is, some of the items in those bank accounts are likely to be the reason the player was banned in the first place.

Psst, they are "vendorable" now. I have two on two separate shards. I hold no illusions that they are somehow the "originals". They pop right onto the vendor without issue. They MUST not be dupes (or the system doesn't work as advertised)!

I dunno, I think people get banned for other stuff, afk scripting skills, saying naughty things in general chat etc. Not everyone who gets banned has a bank full of exploited items. Those of course shouldn't go to the item graveyard, but the others I think should. It would be so great to get some of the old rares and other items back into the game.
