Character copy not active?

Been trying for almost a week now. Anyone know why I can't copy to Test Center? I thought the current publish has been rolled out to all shard by now?

Yeah, I have the same problem and this is the 2nd time that it has happened. Both times the situation is the same though. I deleted a character there on TC and later tried to copy the same character I deleted over there, but there is no button beside Test Center to click on to continue the process.

And nope, TC is up and running since I can login with my other character that is there just fine.

This is still not working and its been a couple of weeks now.

it seems its only active now when a patch is currently being tested. which didnt used to be the case. very disappointing.

I was always under the impression that Test Center had to be running the same publish at the prodo shards. It is at the moment right?
