First off, I use this page more than any other taming resource on Stratics. I hopped over here to make use of it and every time I click the link, I get redirected elsewhere. Where'd the page go? Will it be back?

I think he was saying taming itself is dated since there hasn't been any significant content addition for high level tamers since the introduction of GDs.

The re-tame chance only applies to the "next guy" that attempts to tame a released pet. This is one of the reasons most tamers kill off their training tameable pets.

It does not apply to owner of the pet. The owner has a 100% chance to re-tame their pet if it goes wild.
