Exodus and Scrolls of Valiant Commendation[Replica]

Does anyone know whether it is possible to solo Exodus to get the Scroll of valiant Commendation [Replica] ? How ?

Since it has been on for quite some time and most players have already gotten their scrolls, there is no longer much interest in investing time to get the 4 keys multiple times to get the scrolls.
Considering that each account has 7 characters, this means that, if all players wanted to upgrade all their 7 characters, a party of several people would need to do this spawn over and over hundreds of times to satisfy all of the participants. In today's UO with a scarcity on players on some shards, this might be an impossible thing to achieve.

So, the only alternative for a player wanting to upgrade all of his/her 7 characters, would be to get ready to invest a whole lot of time and solo Exodus multiple times until they get the 7 scrolls....

I tried searching the Forums but could find no info on how it is possible (if it even is possible...) to solo Exodus, with what template and strategy.

Anyone knows ? Thanks.

I'm sure someone out there may have done it, but I've found anything short of 3-4 players to be exceedingly difficult. Tamers are pretty much useless, sampires could do it I suppose IF they had multiple healers (then again you're back to several people). We found mystic/weaver mages to be the best overall template, but again it took at least three to do it, and you will get some grey robes out of the deal lol.

Thanks, though it sounds bad news, because nowadays it is not that easy to find parties for the Exodus spawn, I would say that on some shards it is close to impossible if not impossible, flat out...... not to mention, that to gather 7 scrolls for just each participant to upgrade all characters, this means hundreds of Exodus spawns.... It is already almost impossible to gather a party to do the Exodus spawn once, imagine hundreds of times given the scrolls' drop rates....

As in regards using Spellweavers, among the reads I searched on Stratics' Forums I seemed to understand that Word of Death does not work with Exodus so I am not sure why spellweavers would be recommended for this spawn....

Word of Death no longer works with Exodus, I am afraid.

Also, at which shard are you?
I know I tend to host two or three Exodus runs every other weekend or so at Legends, and if needed, you'd be more than welcome to join us there, even with a newbie mage character just casting healing to try to get some scrolls to then transfer out to your home shard.

I won't be hosting any runs this weekend due to the fact we won't have power at my region all Sunday due to power grid maintenance, but you can count on runs happening on the 22nd and 23rd.
Look for any Zath there. I'd be happy to accommodate you on our runs.

Thank you for the kind help, I need them on Catskills.... how hard would the drops be for a newbie character just healing, joining your group on Legends ? On average, how much time does each run take to spawn and kill Exodus and how big is the group (to figure out what the chances would be for each participant at a scroll drop...) ?

I mean, how hard it is a drop ? Does it mostly go to top damagers or healing characters do have the same chance ? Also is there always 1 drop per Exodus kill or is it just a random chance ?

If it is just a random chance, then I would guess, not being able to solo this spawn, the realistic estimates to upgrade all 7 characters of an account would be as close to zero, it would take many months with the scarcity of players currently in UO and the low interest that this spawn has on players......

We had a run with a newbie character in, and he got a drop by just healing.
The group is usually between 3 and 5 characters big, and we get on average 3 drops per run, with each run lasting about 20 minutes.

The last two runs we did I got a drop by sitting my bard using the provocation mastery to keep the party healed, so you can get a drop by healing, no problem.

If you decide to join us for a test run, I will provide anything you need there (suit, full mage book, whatever) so you can take part on it effectively.
I also always provide the keys for people joining in. One or two of the group tend to collect their own sets, so I tend to have enough spares to bring in more people.
