Skara Brae: no candidate

Trinsic: Phoenix (The Citizens of Historic Dragons Watch) (incumbent)

Vesper: Ivy (Northeast Coast Cooperative) (incumbent), Holly Bloodhand (Crimson Fist of Mazrim)

Yew: Tehan (The Citizens of Historic Dragons Watch) (incumbent)



Italicized cities have only one candidate, so that candidate will win by default.

In an interesting turn of events, challengers have appeared in the cities of Britain, Minoc, and Vesper... including a known pirate!
