Uncomplemenery skills - but nice PVM Chiv mods - and VERY rare being uncursed and legendary

Seems Luck - (2180) still works in neo dungeons - in 30 minutes got couple dozen artifact pcs to unravel. I was on my my Legends Mage-Mystic-Weaver Stealther Hippolyte and used RC's and WoD while healing sampire buddy.

looks nice. I ignore luck if i can put a mod on a suit that helps me kill things faster. Instead of upping my good loot chances on one drop I just try to get get more drops in the same time.

Usually wearing 2100+ Luck so -100 doesnt hurt me too bad, would still have 3000 Luck during the new "power hour" i.e. luck statue rub. I don't believe anyone has ever found an uncursed Legendary loot jewel w/o the -100 mod, in fact very few have ever found an uncursed legendary loot item. Maybe they are common now, been away for 18 months...
