When are character copies going to be back up?!

Why have character copies to TC been down for weeks? and when are they going to come back up? Does anyone have any idea?

Considering that's around the time the vendor search was released on normal shards (although it still isn't activated) it will probably be restored once the vendor search program is fully operational. they most likely deactivated it to make sure no one could accidentally break the vendor search by character copying, which has happened before, ended up causing tons of duped items to be created.
