code in origin problems getting "this code cannot be applied to any of your current game accounts"

any suggestions please I key in the serial code sent changed it to the 6-5-5-5-5 order the message i get is "this code cannot be applied to any of your current game accounts" -- its a 7th char slot and storage upgrade thanks

Are you in the Bioware Mythic Account Management system?

If not, log on there with your master account. Pick the appropriate UO account from the drop-down list at the top (after the "Current Account" heading). Next click on the "Subscriptions" tab near the top left. Scroll down to the very bottom of the page and click on the "Activate Key" button. On the next screen enter the code you received in the order e-mail in the "Code" field and type in the captcha code in the "Security Code" field and press Continue. You should then get a confirmation page of some sort and should also see the upgrade listed for your UO account when you go back to the Subscriptions page and then press the "Features" button near the bottom of the page.

Edited to add: Since you bought both the 7th character slot and the storage upgrade, you should see two entries on the Features page. One will say "7th Character Slot" followed by a line that says "Access to 7th slot enabled." The other entry will say "2007 Storage Upgrade" followed by a sentence that says, "Access to increased storage enabled."

Hopefully Tina's instructions got your issue corrected.

I always wonder if, since the Origin store sells the codes separately and in a combination, if the combo house storage and the single house storage codes will work together.

Obviously, we can't have two 7th character slots, so maybe the two house storage codes can't be combined either?

If so, the Dev team should correct this and allow the 2 codes to stack. Would that be 80% storage increase?

Tina thanks for the advice I was doing what you suggested and was finally able to put it on one of my accounts. What i figure is that the accounts that I wanted the extra char and storage were already at the max storage +60% so it wouldnt let me add the package I was able to put it on another of my accounts which was at 40% additonal storage . Now I just have to buy the additional char slot only. I appreciate you taking the time to help me cheers

You're welcome; however, I didn't really do anything. I think you and slave girl nailed down what the problem was with trying to use a combination 7th slot/add'l storage code on an account that was already at the max on storage. It's good that you had another account where you could use the "combination code."
