that's a Japanese Platemail Do with the blackthorn epaulette on it.

as to the color, its off the metal dye tub.
i have the same color on a robe from the cloth metal dye tub.
its like a copper with a blue ting to it.

I need to mess with those metallic colors more, they seem really awesome looking. So it's most likely a plate do with an apaulette with the same stats as a con garb?

I don't think plants have that color, but natural plant dye looks cool on armor.
