Revamp Npc Quests

Hi Guys.. hugs ..
I've been looking at doing more quests lately but they are never changing in the game. I've done almost all of them and its boring doing them over and over again in the game. But i had some ideas..

How's about:
a) Adding gathering quests like for resources (colored ores, leathers, ect.)
b) Killing quests.. (a npc needs your help.. scenerio set.. random monster needs killed .. we get a reward)
c) Make quests worth more then single monster kills. (a bag of trinkets is not worth nearly as much as a reward as gold is on a monster) maybe reverse that.. lower the rewards/gold on monsters and increase the quest rewards. *like all monsters give lower loot.. but if your in a , party, guild, or city, quest the loot is more or varied similar to paragons*
d) Add quest leveling.. Depending on your skill level or party level.. develop random quests from these. since we have monsters spawn.. a quest could give map coordinates to a leveled party/skill level spawn rather then just have the same spawn in the same areas.
e) Add guild and mayor quests.. these could give advantages to city/guild fame or karma levels.. and oh yeah.. add fame and karma titles to cities and guilds.. haha.

I'm sure there is a lot more ideas others can add or rebuke but i am just asking for more of a ever changing game in addition to its events.

Please add more if anyone has other suggestions.. player feedback is very important.

I'd go one step further and get ALL the older quests functioning on the newer quest engine so there is only ONE list of quests you are on. This may fix some of the bugs with the older quests that seem to keep people from progressing in them.

I'd also suggest that most quests be made repeatable, since none of the loot is overpowering.

Lastly, make the daily quests reset at server up, not 24-hours-and-change from the last time they were done. Keeping track of that isn't fun.

The next step is to unify all of our quests under a more intuitive, and functional system that we can quickly add to, maybe even with the long term goal of providing a player usable means of developing a "quest" within the world. I've been on some pretty clever player made quests before that utilized a variety of in game features and some fancy decorating that were quite enjoyable. I think expanding on those abilities would be pretty cool. We try to offer something for everyone in the way of quests and are all for making them repeatable without making them feel too "grindy". If there were certain aspects of the Ararat quest that anyone was particularly fond of in terms of the interaction (conversation menus with NPCs, quest items that gave clues about their description, Easter eggs, etc etc) or if you felt something was particularly missing that feedback would be exceptionally useful moving forward.

I'm sorry Kyronix.. i just found the Ararat quest.. and read about it.. it sounds fantastic.. Thats the kind of quest i was looking for.. so thank you.. i'm excited to try my underwater skills. :)

Add to the paragon Marty list. Add to the Doom Arty list. Add to the BoD reward list. Marty and Arty that have one mod that is not available properties mods like skills or higher regn. The rest is open to player imbue and enhancing. Some RNG rare chance on theese player worked artifacts that have higher mod cap and/or 6-9 more mod slots.

As far as BoD rewards. Higher end PoF with higher charge count. Deeds that allow some the new freakish mods to be added by crafter. Runics of same levels that only makes one type of weapon or armor. Wrestler gloves that have weapon mods. Pistol crossbow right or left handed. Left hand held kat, kryss and war axe. Mythril chain. Light granite human elf scale. Boura Fur boots.
