Anyone else having an issue with going into customization mode?

I try, I get a window saying this may take a few seconds. All my stuff starts to vanish, as usual, but then it all comes back, and I am outside house.......tried with two account characters, same result.
Paged a GM, but I have to leave house in half an hour.

seems to only work with the character that placed the house.....this new??

I believe that they have been fiddling with house customization recently, given a couple of comments here on Stratics... Does the house sign say that you are the owner?

The known bug was announced in December 2013, and a fix is now on TC1 to be updated on all servers with the next patch.

Only the house owner character are able to go into house customization. This is a known bug, and there is a fix coming for it.
