The code you get is formatted incorrectly, and has to be reformatted with the dashes in the correct places.

I buy from the Origin store regularly and have not had any real problems. For the codes - there is an issue. The Origin store will send you the code in the following format:
####-####-####-####-####-####-##
Cut and paste the code into the redemption gump - then delete all of the dashes and re-insert the dashes as below.
######-#####-#####-#####-#####
####-####-####-####-####-####-##

Just to be sure, I also utter a quick, "Hail Satan," after every purchase. Seems to work so far.

he was a dumb A$$ critic that predited the game would never go anywhere back in 97 or so. For perm shame, you see slugs occasionaly named Wilson in game.
