Need help.. with a billing question...

Over the last few months many of my familys CC's we use to pay for the accounts have been updated to new card numbers and bank changes.
How the hadies do i delete the old cards off the list?
I remember reading somewhere there was a way... help!

I called EA Customer Service about this a long, long time ago. I was told to stop the auto renew on the old CC, and just add a new payment with the new credit card. The new one starts when the old one expires.

There is no way to permanently purge the old CC information, unless something has changed.

I've never seen a way to delete. I have old card numbers no longer valid.

In account management there is a button 'update renewal'
It puts you on a page to choose subscription rates, just hit continue.
You should be on select your payment method page.
In the top right corner in grey is 'Manage Accounts'. Click it.
This should put you on a page to edit credit card info.

I read another post about privacy settings that was set to anyone could see your profile. It seems that your EA Mytic account is also the same account you have on www.origin.com. It is the same username and same password, and have a complete log of every transactions you did with your cc on uo, your upgrades with dates etc or any other EA games. (When you into there, check the privacy settings too...)

It is also a list of CC to use, or delete there.
