Returning after 4 year break... help me Obiwan!

Some may remember me as Zara in the Shadowlords Faction. If you do please hit me up and say hello!

Okay so I'm not new to the game but I am finding the game is a little new to me after all this time. I have a few questions if anyone has time to answer them.

1. It would appear that factions are long dead and I may be the sole survivor of SL. I went checking all the bases but someone stole all the Magencia Sigil Posts and the COM Base!
2. I found this gargish amulet thing and it gave me a few hours to turn it in... what the heck is it and who would I bring it to?
3. In Fel Britain, there is a box in the guard hut that gives you a rope to arrest people with.. who exactly am I allowed to tie up?
4. Clean Up Britannia, the "Clean Up Officer" seems to want to give me a reward but I don't know how I got points or how to obtain more.

It's been less than a day since logging in so I am sure I'll have loads more questions but any help that people can offer would be greatly appreciated.

1. CoM base moved to southern side of Moonglow.
2. Honesty items spawn randomly on the overland. Turn them into to the city lost and found to gain honesty virtue.
3. You can arrest raiders. They used to be invading the towns, now they are at the old brigand fort on the road from Brit to Yew. Others maybe, that is the one I know of. Killing or arresting them gains you city loyalty.
4. Turn in points are basically clean up Britania points. You throw stuff away and some items give you points.

Look around Stratics or UO guide to learn more about those specific topics (virtues, city loyalty, turn in points).

Magincia is no longer a faction town due to the major changes in the town and the move of the COM Faction base to the south-end of the Moonglow Island.

For the clean-up officer - just throw things in the trash-cans for points. You can click a trash can and select "appraise" to see how many points the item is worth.

Something you wont stumble over on your walk about Sosaria. Your allowed an extra house on SP besides the standard shards house.

Thank you Ludes! So I have another question. Have earrings disappeared all together? When I logged back in I noticed my own pair were missing then on all characters so I've been out trying to find some with no luck. If that is the case, is there something else that has taken their place?

Earrings are still around.. Least I heard my son talking about morph earrings that let you wear armor designed for other races.
