Bracers of Alchemical Devastation

Does anyone know if the 'hit lightning' from the bracers stack with other weapons that have a 'hit lightning' effect on them? If they do stack, any idea what the cap is? Wanting to know before I buy them for dexxer.

and anatomy I am not sure about the shield.

My question is why do they call it a replica when it isn't a replica?

Then replica versions that you can still get.

You can use anatomy for both of these bracers with the same name

Replica means copy. They have completely different properties.

How does it work with anatomy?
If I have anatomy and use a weap ,will the hit Lightning 0r fireball work?

Or is it just from casting spells?
