Covetous Artifacts: All specific direct-to-pack artifacts from Covetous/Cora: Hephaestus, Brightblade, Bracelet of Protection, Prismatic Lenses, & Blight of the Tundra both Human & Gargoyle versions are worth very little turn-in points.

Despise Artifacts : Despicable Quiver, Unforgiving Veil, Unicorn Mane Sandals/Talons, Compassion's Eye, & Hailstorm war forks Both Human & Gargoyle versions are also worth very low amounts of turn-in points.

Yes, it is currently working as intended that these artifacts are using the standard item intensity formula to determine their Clean Up Britannia turn-in point value. At some point in the future you can expect increased point values however no time frame has been decided as to when that will occur.
