NPC question!

Is there any NPC in game that sells a SC/mage weapon? I want to train magery and the shard I'm on doesn't have any on player vendors nor do I speak their language to ask in gen chat.

If u can kill liches they sometimes drop wands/staff I believe. Other then that, t-maps would be your best bet. No NPCs sell -magery SC wands, sorry. What shard are you on? I may have some on Asuka.

Just sent you a PM...I checked and didn't have anything. But did a little bit of hunting with my tamer and her trusty bouras and have a -28 mage weapon SC crescent blade if you want it. Drop me a note if you want to meet up.

You can get spell channeling mage weapon wands from level 3 dungeon chests, but according to Stratics, you need 84 lockpicking skill to open those. (However, that sounds a bit off to me. I could swear I've opened level 3 chests at slightly lower skill than that.) Safest places to find level 3 dungeon chests are the chest room at the north end of the Yew crypts; the SE room of the Vesper bank; and the chest room in the south Trinsic bank in Felucca.

Got your pm Tina but it wouldn't let me respond back there. Thanks for the offer but I went ahead and did that New Haven quest for the -10 staff and worked magery to 80 already. Good enough for me. I do appreciate you looking though.

I'm saving any other SC mage weapons I get there, if you have any guildmates that need one. Seems like Hokuto's perhaps seeing a small spike in population lately! I plopped down a small plot myself yesterday to make it a little easier to finish up my characters there. Now to either hunt down a soul forge deed or work up imbuing and carpentry enough to make one myself. Got lucky and literally stumbled across the remnants of an IDOC and picked up small forge and anvil deeds off the ground, as well as a nice old yellow parrot on a perch.
