These are not the mini house Deeds, there are 20 deeds in all going from small marble workshop to castle deeds. They are at My Zento house for viewing( Scribbles Old house Beside Nails house) first floor east side back table in gold metal box. Be warned you Can not leave these on your Char or bank them as they will revert to housing tools they must be locked down in your house at all times. I traded a Castle for these several years ago so I am looking for 2 bill gold or more on them These are On Atlantic shard Only Icq me 227-794-858

Also for any buyers... be aware you can not x-shard most of these. Attempting to do so will cause most of them to revert to housing tools.

i dont think its worth the risk. it might also have something to do with if the deed is on the current house list. like i had a "deed to a blacksmith's shop" and it never changed. same one as in this link. other original house styles that didnt make it to the placement tool list may also not revert, i wouldnt want to test it to find out tho.

All 3 of mine turned into housing tools when I put them on a vendor, of course I am an idiot and put them on in a bag for the amount of 300 mil which was the offer for them, now I know :-O

I have a set on Europa. I do think they are extremely uncommon with the risks of owning them. Can't say that I've ever seen a full set aside from from mine and now this one.

i can even imagine to count the amount of house placement tools ive sold back to the npc's....all values through the small stones to castles...yes indeed a lot of these deeds were turned to tools...so would be a hard set to make/complete

Yes I once Had a tent deed but sold it years before I got this, but the tent deeds aren't on the housing tool list
