Happy Holidays All! I'm trying to figure out how to use one of these. I don't need STR, DEX or INT, what I'm interested in is bumping up a skill. If I employ this scroll on, oh, say magery skill...does that mean that my char's POTENTIAL magery would be 125, as opposed to 120? I have a brand new char on Siege that also has a mythic token, and is currently at newbie 120 total skill points. Should I hit the char with the mythic token FIRST? Thanks so much in advance for your insights:]

This scroll raises the cap for your stats (str/dex/int) not skill caps.
i dont know if siege is the right shard for you my friend.
you may wanna try a normal production shard first before tackling siege.

The mythic token will allow you to set both skills and stats to where ya want them with in the allowed limits. The + 25 scroll will raise your stat cap. Your skill cap is hard set at 720 real skill. Items may raise this skill cap. No skill may go over 120.

You want to use the Mythic token before you hit 200 skill total, as it wont work after. In case you change your mind (which i recommend), you want to use your +25 stat scroll before. And in case you can reach for a Scroll of Valiant Commendation (additional +5 stats) you want to use that one too before you use the Mythic token. As this toke allows you to set not only up to five skills to 90, but the stats to your chars current total (max is 260, single 125). There a funnier things to do than to train 30 stat points later up, when you can have them now instantly instead.

I'd like to add that I feel Siege is a great place for new players and old alike. I was turned off by Siege for years when I read information stating that you shouldn't be there if you're not an all powerful demi-god. I feel Siege is easier than most production shards, it has a great community, ROT for skills (which if you ask me makes skills less of a grind), and not everyone is decked out in billion gold suits.
With that said, I should add that players will attack you and a few will grief. If you loath PVP Siege might be a little rough for you. If you can be respectful to others, even those that kill you, it will go a long long way. I will tell you though, the time you outsmart a griefer and return the favor will be more fulfilling on Siege than anywhere else.
Now getting a +25 stat scroll on Siege may be a little bit harder, don't forget the harrower will explode your corpse with your suits on them! On Siege every little point in your stats is something that can give you an edge that can't be looted!
