I could have sworn they patched these a year ago or something so the extra stam on these would give them no benifit over non prepatched ones. I could be wrong but I am recalling something like that since i remember almost getting one then seeing the patch and thinking to myself that i was glad i didnt buy it.. (And no I'm not talking about patch so you can't make the anymore, it was one to fix the advantage)
They fixed an issue with movement speed with the prepatch cus. you still get the benefit from for higher than 600hp, and increased "bite" speed (just like on a dexter, ssi changes go every 30 stam)
I think there where 2 pre patch cus there was a speed cu and there was what I call a bugged cu or dragon the speed cus they fixed the bugged cu and the the bugged dragons and they didn't fix speed cus where very very fast the bugged cus are just fast
