Cut and dry. this would require 720 skill points +21 skill on jewels or items
Cover 45hci/45 dci between jewels/armor
fit in 50enhance potions on jewels
use the crap out of potions and bandaids
use a trapped dart box to break paralyze, since you won't have resist.
assuming 50 enhance pots, have 119 dex after items so that after using a greater agility pot your dex is 150... best for bandage healing speed
100+ strength
rest in intelligence. On our suit, get some stam bonus, but aim for lots of mana/intel increase, 40 lower mana cost, and mana regen.
if you want poisoning, you will want to tinker with some skills as well as add more skill bonus into the mix to fit in 80 poisoning. you could drop anatomy to 61, healing to 90, tactics to 90... but this will all sacrifice healing amount and some damage.... also, stock up on smokebombs

there really is only two abilities of a ninja that has nothing to do with a stealther.. running away in animal form or focus attack because you have a crazy build. I'd advise you to stick with the stealther, you'll have more fun being new to pvp because you will stay alive more. Ninja is really neccesary for the stealther for animal forms and deathstrike, some would say any stealther without ninja is useless

Playing around with different templates is something some of us have tinkered with for many, many years now! lol and never mastered.
I'm always playing around with my templates to best fit my gameplay and current events... right now my Catskills and GL main characters are kinda Necro/Archers.. with some Chivalry.. kinda weird for most people probably but works for me.. plus I'd never played an archer before and I'm liking it.
WTH man!! Not to sound mean but that REALLY needs cleaning up!!
Here's a couple field proven ninja templates i've used in the past and will still work.

120 swords/fenc
90 tact (all you need for both wep specials)
0 anat
120 healing (without anat you will still heal but cannot cure poisons or rez)
120 ninja
90 stealth (add in +10 robe and or +20 cloak)
100 hiding
Leaves 80 real skill points

120 swords ONLY
120 bushido
90 tact
100 hiding
90 stealth (add in +10 robe and or +20 cloak)
120 ninja
80 poisoning
Bushido confidence and nerve strike compliment the ninja template well

He is new, i didn't say i'd setup my template like that, but i would keep it as basic as possible.. plus having enough anat to cure dp without having resist is a godsend for a stealther who's pots keep failing. I doubt a new guy is gunna run out and buy a 20 stealth cloak by the way. PS - Never go over 110 healing...
i just dug up my previous stealther that has been ripped up for a while
