Question about the 15-yr garden shed.

Before trying it, I would like to know:
If a garden shed has been placed in a house owned by an account that is only four years old, and the owner wants to move to a larger house spot, can the shed be removed by the house owner or does the person who actually placed it have to remove it?

Normally both for this type, however never owned a shed so can't say for sure.

I guess what I really need to is (1) if the house owner of the four-yr-old account can remove the shed to begin with, and (2) if I will have to get a character from a 15-yr-old account to place it again in the new location.

i thought the age requirement for these were removed?

I wasn't sure... I knew the age restrictions were removed from mounts and such, but wasn't really paying attention at the time this was being discussed, and don't recall what was said regarding the shed.

Quite sure age restrictions was removed from everything, not affecting account bound things ofc (transfer shields).

but are removed from ethy's and lighthouses.

Ok i stand corrected That's only fair in my opinion, since they they all do the same. and are available from 1st year.

i just happen to know that because i have a house holder account that i use and i had a chest full of vet reward robes i wasnt using so i thought id put some on that account, then realized it wasn't even 1 year old yet.
and it just turned 1 last week, so now they can wear the robe.
other then that i wouldn't have know as my other 3 accounts are 16, 15, 14 years old.

I have the shed... claimed it on my main account, and am able to place and use on my second account (only 7 years)

There is no age restriction on garden shed. I know for sure - got one myself, and i use it on 12 yr acc.

Wonderful! I've been using a "borrowed" shed purchased in-game by a friend, but placed by another player's 15+ year old account. At some point I would either like to move, or possibly deactivate my extra account that is currently using the shed. It's good to know it won't be a problem to move the shed, and that the person who bought it will actually be able to use it if I close that extra account and return it to him.
