Lucicky is right, it's from the LotR movies. The Oblivion title music has a variant bit in it of Nerevar Rising from Morrowind. YOU SHOULD KNOW THIS VICTOR IF YOU ARE A TRUE MORROWIND FAN LIKE ME. Tsk Tsk.
