Possible bug with new turn in robe

I claimed the hooded version of the conjurer luck robe,only the luck property isnt showing in my stats bar,this in the classic client,anyone else have this issue?

No negative luck,this is the hooded robe,like an umbra robe,I get luck from statue,then I put on said robe,luck doesn't change,tried it on different characters as well

Mine applies the luck as it should, tried it with & without effects of the luck statue.

tested with hooded shroud & epaulettes, works fine with both of them for me.
