I'm hoping soon. I'm working the invasion, getting hit harder than expected, then I whirl around and realize a zombie skeleton has wandered into the battle.
Granted it added still-more unpredictability into the situation, which was not necessarily bad, but there's that line between fun unpredictability and annoyance to consider.

Halloween 2013
• During the month of October (October 1st – October 31st ET) Butchers can be found in Graveyards throughout Britannia.
• Butchers have a chance to drop a “Carving Kit.”
• Carving kits can be used on new carveable pumpkins to craft 9 different Jack o’ Lanterns.
• Carveable pumpkins can be found on Grimms, randomly spawning in pumpkin patches throughout Britannia.
• Some old and some new items have been added to Trick or Treating, including the heads of the UO Dev Team on a pike. GM Begging is required to have a chance at special Trick or Treat rewards, including the Heads on a Spike.

I have been having that happen for at least the past week . Not a single special item. Just candy. Just as well that it is over!
*sighs* agreed. Now I can focus 100% on invasions.
I was trying to get my bones that I missed from last year, and because of the invasions and PvP fighting adding to the death queue, they were turning up 7 hours after I died unfortunately. I also never got the squid-faced pumpkin... and yes, the pumpkins are now gone from Europa after the server maintenance, so that's it for this year folks 
113 of the "common" Trick or Treating specials (webs, iron maidens, ghost chairs, etc.)
10 heads on a stick: 2 MrsTroubleMaker, 2 Kyronix and 2Misk, 1 each: ThatBlok, Bleak, Gryphon, Brutrin = No full set and HOURS of Trick or Treating, I feel, pissed in the wind trying for at least 1 set

My GM Beggar has a suit that is over 1800 luck. Put it on in varying degrees of luck to see if any changes and the luck did help above 600, so it seemed, but for the common special treats only.
Pumpkins: 1 full set, 2nd set missing #6 of the pictured set (squid face). I have 42 total between pictured #1-#5, #7 & #8, and 1 extra Devil Head #9...and 13 uncarved pumpkins/0 carving deeds.
Overall, happy with my Halloween experience, but not getting a full set of heads on spike is "chapping the bottom side" a bit with the hours I put into ToTing.

Perhaps you can find someone to trade you for what you are missing head wise.
Though getting someone to trade for Mesanna will be hard. I know there are folk out there who have more than one of her. I was hoping for a full set on Siege but alas I am missing 2. Hopefully they will be back next year and I can try again..... *Meow*...... but will have to wait and see.
Meanwhile I've switched gears and am now fully enjoying the invasions! UO Rocks! Loving it.
