UO Tamer Tool

I was just looking at the tools and downloads page on Stratics and didn't see the UO Tamer Tool. Has that been removed or is it no longer sanctioned? Am I looking in the wrong place? I swear it use to be here!

Hmm good question I cant find it either? I may have a copy somewhere on my back up drive I will take a look
