It's the items you wear to cross the lake as part of the new quest.
A suggestion for those writing Quest guides. The guides on Stratics are great and informative, but please make the pics searchable by adding a usable descriptions. "Salvage Suit" or "Salvager's Suit" is not a searchable term because it appears in the graphics and not anywhere in the text. When you search for this item, you get the "salvage hook" and "salvage bag" but not the Salvager Suit.
