went to the store this morning to buy a couple of things, and instead of going to the store, i got the following message:

"An error occurred while processing your request.
Reference #30.dd2333b8.1382100910.7cb62e13"

anyone else getting this?

US Version is up as far as I can tell. I have heard of a few issues with processing orders here and there. Try clearing your cache and see if that helps.

Just trying to come up with ideas here, not claiming to be a router expert. But since you aren't getting any other responses, see if any of this helps.

A few questions for you:
  1. What type of router do you have? (can't find your error mentioned in a Google search)
  2. You said you can get to the Origin store without the router? How do you do that? If that is true, why do you need the router? ( I think I misunderstand your statement here)
  3. Can you get to other online stores, or is it just the Origin store?
  4. Do you have any other programs running in the background?
  5. Are you blocking cookies from Origin? Which browser are you using?
  6. Have you checked your firewall? Do you have website-blocker/filter running? (My router has one built in, but I don't use it. I know you said you reset your router to defaults)
  7. The last time I had a router issue it was overheating, and I eventually replaced it. Is that possible?
  8. Have you tried another computer on your router/network?
  9. As last result, have you done a virus/spyware scan?

A few questions for you:
  1. What type of router do you have? (can't find your error mentioned in a Google search) Netgear
  2. You said you can get to the Origin store without the router? How do you do that? If that is true, why do you need the router? ( I think I misunderstand your statement here) i remove it and put the computer directly into the cable modem. i need the router for wireles devices
  3. Can you get to other online stores, or is it just the Origin store? yes
  4. Do you have any other programs running in the background? I have disabled everything and still get this issue
  5. Are you blocking cookies from Origin? Which browser are you using? No, i checked that
  6. Have you checked your firewall? Do you have website-blocker/filter running? (My router has one built in, but I don't use it. I know you said you reset your router to defaults) I redid the Router completely redid the firewall settings as well
  7. The last time I had a router issue it was overheating, and I eventually replaced it. Is that possible? not sure. but may try it
  8. Have you tried another computer on your router/network? yes, i tried every device, even my I-Phone
  9. As last result, have you done a virus/spyware scan? Yes
thank you for your help

thank you for your help
Okay, that helps.

Try this.
Instead of running your computer through the router, can you run the router separately off your cable modem, computer or other ethernet/network port? Don't connect to anything through the wireless router. If it is a router/wireless issue, it shouldn't block your desktop computer unless you are connecting to it wireless.

If that is the case, I'd start to suspect a router failure, but hard to be 100% sure without testing with another router.

i cannot hook it up in that manner. I am going to go through the settings, one by one and try to figure it out. this just started in the last few days, so not sure what it could be. thank you again.

Is your router and PC using the same DNS servers?
Did you hard code an address in one but not the other?

I am really at a loss here, i have reset the router completely, checked everything on the computer (but all computers/phones/tablets etc. will not go to the store through the router), and I tried going to every other online game store I could think of and was able to. It's not a deal breaker since i can bypass the router to make a purchase. Thank you all for the help.

I think the store website designers have probably been busy helping others with a customer service website roll out. They should be turning their attention back to the store in a few years.

If your router has it's own firewall and/or anti-virus features, try turning them off.
