Serving trays... an idea

I just had a thought about the anniversary gift trays. I'm seeing them getting tossed, and honestly, can't blame people. They're nice, but not very useful.

But I just had a thought - what if they were made a container? A small gump, like the size of the drawer gump, and they'd be absolutely perfect for displaying things like my collection of plates, silverware, pitchers, etc.!

My suggestion - since in every set of 'gift' items there almost always seems to be one that we look at and go 'hmm' (cupids, trays and the like).

Use the model of the 'obsidian fragments' system, and let there be an option to keep one as a tray, but combine more (5, 10, whatever you like) to make other things - since it's a silver tray, let five make a silver teapot, ten a big salver....

Make them dyeable and able to be turned. That will help in some folks finding more ways to use them in decorating.

Give us the option to hit someone in the head when you double click and target them... similar to snow piles.

Not to be mean to the artist, but the trays look too one dimensional like a sticker. They need a bit more depth like Travesty's tray.

i hear next patch you will be able to carefully slide those Dev heads off the pike, and display them very nicely on the platters.

im all for slapping people in the face with them,then the tray should make an indentation of their face, i can see people begging mesanne to let them hit her for the collectable status
