The Livery guild is still in the process of looking for new workers for Vesper. I've been informed by HR folks at the Guild that they should have new employees in place when Pub 84 goes world wide

Found the same on the Europa version, plus the NPCs are able to walk through the building walls!

I think that will change once publish is live. If you go on Test Center, you are able to go all way in and there is a Vet and Animal Trainer there. *smiles* I believe it was rumored that that HR was having trouble finding workers who could pass certain sobriety tests..*smirks* Imagine that.. Vesper being known for having "issues" with booze!!!! Please!!!!
