wow can it be enhanced, or is it already? If yes, was it prepatch enhance or post ?
This is an original Deceit shroud, not enhanced not sure if it can be.
is it yours ? or its in a museum? It might be enhancable since its exceptional

Nah it isn't mine just one in a museum. It probably is not a very useful item for me though be good for a mage that really needed the +10 resist

Thanks Soulweaver.... If anyone has this I will pay 200m. I have seen them go for under 100m but if they are enhanceable then the value IMO is much higher.
i had one and yes it was enhanced, sold it a while back, but yea it makes for a nice piece for some templates/suits that need obnoxious skill bonus. I dunno if you can still enhance them, but i don't recall any reason why you couldn'tGet out of my head
