Dyeing footwear bug

So according to the patch notes for Publish 83 all footwear can now be dyed....is there any reason the reward boots were not included? I've tried my hydra boots and lava lizard boots and both still say 'you cannot dye this'

Or do I just have some old bugged pairs or something...

Leather instead of Cloth? Are you trying a leather dye tub?

Same with the Unicorn Mane Sandals, I thought with the patch they would be dyable with the clean-up dyes for exemple, but nope.

Tried all different tubs and Tokuno/Natural dyes. Nothing works.

Looks like this bug fix wasn't fixed.
