Please help me with getting my account back.

Hi I quit ultima online for about 4 years, and I want to come play for a little while. However this mystic login crap is making it very hard for me to get into my account. I made a mystic login, which i know my account was connected to back a few years ago. however after recovering the password for it my account was no longer connected to it. I did forgot password for the actually orginal account name, and it says that it sent to email, however i checked every single email i own and no of them recieve anything, nor does the spam folder. some one please help me thanks.

I think the new Mythic account system has been with us for around, what, two years? So not sure how you could have been on it if it was about four years back since you played. But you are saying that you have a Mythic Master Account set up and you have your old UO account linked to that?

who used your accounts while you were inactive? You need to get in touch with that person.

This; if your old Ultima Online log in was "beckwithalexis" then you need to open a EA/Mythic master account, and associate "beckwithalexis_uo" with it.

Then apply time payment to the account, either by purchasing it directly or getting a gamecard from the Origin store, and it should then be active.

it hasnt been 4 years shes off on that
she quit not long after linking and now when we check its listing an account we never heard of and we cant find a way to find her account even with _uo
we know her account name and password everything

The above suggestion with _UO is a good start, followed by emailing Mesanna direct if you continue to have issues. It was done to loop everyone into the Origin/EA system with some good and not so great side effects.

I do believe if she had the email under a gmail account this is what happens now. Was a post not to long ago that stated all accounts had to be removed from GMail emails to get password recovery

Couldnt get a new password either, just got the error message. But I was lucky enough to finally remember what I'd changed the ea master pass to.
