HELP NEEDED WITH NEW QUEST

OK I TRIED TO WORK THIS OUT BY MYSELF AND I CAN'T MAKE IT RIGHT.I HAVE DONE ALL THE QUEST HAS ASKED ME 2 DO AND KILLED ALL THE BOSSES THE QUEST WANTED ME TO KILL.I HAVE TOUCHED ALL THE BOOKS AND CLOTHES FROM THE QUEST.I HAVE RETURNED TO SEE IF I CAN RESPAWN THE BOSSES AND I CAN NOT.I PUT ON ALL THE QUST ITEMS ON AND MAKE A RUN FOR THE WATER AND I GET THIS.......

When I got that message it was in the house with the clothes I had not opened the door ..someone held it open so I just rushed in. Others failed to click the reagents and thoose bones in a" trough" in a smal lroom if I remember right.

Once you have gotten all four of the items to get to the sunken ship... have you returned to helper in Trinsic to get the map to where the ship is? Lots of folks are forgetting that part and just heading there because they know it is there.
