I would like to see them expand more on the grass and snow tile concept.
Maybe dirt tiles that are different shades. Or Perhaps water tiles. Or perhaps hardwood floor tiles. Any type of floor tile really.
It makes decoing none customizable houses more fun.

I would like to see an abyssal floor tile that looks like the abyssal goza deed. The deed looks GREAT, then when you put it down it looses it look imo.

I want sand tiles, water tiles, dirt tiles... leaf tiles. I'd like the 3 tile oriental wall screen... like is in the NW corner of Travisty. Clawfoot bathtub, Sink... The ability to make a one tile stone slab... that works rather like a Goza mat.
I'd like a pile of leaves... Trees with fall colors...Trees with flowers for spring. Heck I'd love UO to have Seasons... Spring, Summer, Winter and Fall.... and in the way UO is supposed to be they should each last 1 week. 1month in RL = 1 year in UO. So every week it ought to rotate spring, summer, fall and winter... would be awesome.
I want to be able to tame a Fairy Dragon, Dread Spider, Black Widow Spider... I think I'd like to have a Trapdoor spider as a house pet...

Add more tiles to the housing system, but please no more non-stacking tiles gifted to every character. Its a storage nightmare.

Those don't work on my Keep or Castle.
